The Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellows has welcomed its second cohort of mentees—professionals who will be guided over the coming weeks and months by the Council’s distinguished Fellows. This flagship initiative, launched and successfully executed in 2026, has become a defining milestone for the Competitive Intelligence profession. No comparable program exists elsewhere in the industry.

Today, the Council supports dozens of mentees across managerial levels, countries, and sectors. Fellows help participants elevate their CI tradecraft, navigate day‑to‑day and project‑based challenges with confidence, meet organizational expectations, and prepare for the uncertainties inherent in a CI career. The program has quickly become a cornerstone for developing the next generation of CI leaders.
