CI Fellows Code of Ethics

As leaders, mentors, and champions within the competitive intelligence community, the Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellows recognizes that sound ethical practices are foundational to the generation of actionable insights. In an environment where the speed of business, data complexity, and technological tools change rapidly, maintaining the trust of our organizations, clients, and peers is paramount.

This Code of Ethics serves as an active framework to guide CI practitioners in navigating complex collection and analytical scenarios. By committing to these principles, we reinforce the integrity of our discipline, protect personal and proprietary data, and ensure that our strategic guidance remains objective, lawful, and respected across the global business landscape.
