Amir Fleischman is an award-winning instructor, author, and global authority in Competitive Intelligence (CI). Over the course of his career, he has profoundly shaped CI education worldwide, pioneering innovative tools, methodologies, and initiatives that empower both professionals and students.

As the founder and head of Cicom Global, a leading CI training company, Amir has worked with an impressive roster of clients—including Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, intelligence organizations, and government agencies across the globe.

Internationally recognized as a thought leader in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Amir possesses deep expertise in CI-related tools and techniques spanning online platforms, social media, and mobile environments. He has delivered keynote addresses, hosted sessions, and participated as a panelist at major conferences throughout America, Asia, and Europe. His lectures and workshops are widely praised for their practical insights and hands-on demonstrations of advanced search and analytical strategies that consistently inspire audiences to think beyond conventional approaches.

Amir is the author of Beating Competition through Web Intelligence, a seminal work that introduces comprehensive methodologies and sophisticated tools for retrieving online business information to gain a competitive edge.

He holds a BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Haifa.
